Turtle Tours

Witness the marvel of turtles laying their eggs and the hatchlings in a dice to the ocean.

This tour is more than just a precious sight.  We also strive to educate our visitors and tour participants about the plight of the endangered walnut-hued leatherback turtle clocking in at 700 kg and the white-bellied loggerhead at a respectable 160 kg and their constant struggle for survival.

From November to March we do evening beach drives to see these turtles nest and hatch along the beautiful 16-km shore line. Being tide-dependent, departure times will vary.
